Best Short Hikes in Washington's North Cascades and San Juan Islands ReviewI was very disappointed in this guidebook. The pictures and descriptions of hikes were muddy, and the selection of hikes limited to just the very easiest. My wife and I are in our 40's and not in the best of shape, but we wanted more challenging and beautiful options than were listed in this book. This book might be OK for those who are truly limited in hiking ability -- say, no more than 4-5 miles and very limited elevation changes.
